Job summary

Song Furniture Construction & Trading Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible professional to manage progress claims, budgeting and site progress while coordinating with main/sub contractors and vendors on quotations and requirements. You will prepare budgets and forecasts and oversee tender documentation, ensuring smooth project completion.

Ideal candidate has at least 1 year in construction, strong planning and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or degree in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in construction.
• Possess strong planning, communication, organization and negotiation skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Knowledge in MS Word, AutoCAD, MS Excel, etc.
