Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage pre- and post-contract activities, prepare tender documentation, and cost estimates for bids.

You will evaluate subcontract tenders, monitor budgets, handle claims and variations, and coordinate with the project team to meet tight deadlines.

Applicants should have a degree in QS, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
