Job summary

NOVEXX PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial professional in Singapore to manage tendering, cost control, and supplier coordination. You will handle cost estimation, pricing, and submission preparation while liaising with clients and internal teams.

The role requires 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, contracts, tendering, or related commercial projects within Singapore’s construction sector. A relevant diploma or degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to source prices, prepare quotations and cost estimates.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction tendering standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tendering process from review to submission.
• Work with tendering platforms like Ariba, Coupa, GeBiz, Sesami, Tenderboard, VendorCafe.
• Source and liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for competitive pricing.
• Manage project cost administration from award to final accounts.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Support BD efforts by maintaining client relationships and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full tendering process, including tender review, quantity take-off, quotation sourcing, pricing, and submission preparation.
• Work with tendering platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, GeBiz, Sesami, Tenderboard, VendorCafe, and other relevant portals.
• Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and support project costing.
• Manage project cost administration from contract award to completion, including subcontract awards, progress claims, variation orders, cost documentation, and final accounts.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on project requirements and feedback.
• Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and contributing to cost-efficient project strategies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Development, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, contracts, tendering, or commercial/interior fit-out projects in Singapore’s construction industry.
