Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. (Singapore) is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years of interior fit-out or construction experience to manage budgets, procurement, subcontract packages and final accounts.

You will evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors, monitor costs and margins, and prepare commercial reports to ensure value for money and timely project delivery. A Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 3+ years of interior fit-out or construction experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, cost control, variations, claims and final accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement, subcontractor packages, POs and LOIs within budget and schedule.
• Evaluate quotations, negotiate with subcontractors and ensure scope and cost alignment.
• Monitor project costs, cash flow, margins and commercial performance.
• Administer subcontract packages, including payments, variations, claims and final accounts.
• Support change management, RFPs, contract administration and commercial reporting.
• Assist with valuations, cost control and identifying margin improvement opportunities.
• Support project completion, final accounts, retention, defects and post-completion works.

• Good negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
