Company Profile:

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full tendering process, including tender review, quantity take‑off, quotation sourcing, pricing, and submission preparation.


• Work with tendering platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, GeBiz, Sesami, Tenderboard, VendorCafe, and other relevant portals.


• Source and liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and support project costing.


• Manage project cost administration from contract award to completion, including subcontract awards, progress claims, variation orders, cost documentation, and final accounts.


• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams on project requirements and feedback.


• Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships, identifying project opportunities, and contributing to cost‑efficient project strategies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Development, or a related discipline.


• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, contracts, tendering, or commercial/interior fit‑out projects in Singapore’s construction industry.
