Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support tendering and cost management. You will prepare cost estimates, take-offs, BOQ, and budgets based on drawings and specs.

You will assist in tender evaluations, cost comparisons, and liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and accurate schedules of rates. Fresh graduates or experienced QS with ACMV exposure are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with a relevant Bachelor Degree is welcome.
• 2–3 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor (ACMV) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of tendering procedures, pricing formats and schedules of rates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates
• Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison
• Assist in liaising and building strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
