Job summary

WETECH ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage tender evaluations, cost plans, and contract advisement, ensuring compliant variances and timely submissions.

The role covers budgeting, interim valuations, final accounts, subcontractor claims, and progress reporting; fresh graduates are welcome. A Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying is preferred, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in evaluating tenders and cost management.
• Ability to prepare budgets and cost implications.
• Strong contractual awareness and ability to advise on variations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for evaluating tenders, cost, manage contracts and advise on contractual matter.
• Prepare and submit variation and cost claims.
• Identify variation orders and submit accurate cost implications and sub-contract documents.
• Project administration including interim valuation, pricing and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor claims, materials on site and claims.
• Project budgeting and costing reports.
• Work independently under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
