Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an experienced professional in Singapore to support tender activities. The role focuses on preparing cost estimates, taking-off quantities, and compiling BOQs and rate schedules to ensure competitive and accurate bids.

You will develop tender cost plans, budgets, and assist in tender evaluation while coordinating with main contractors and suppliers to source quotations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates
• Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison
• Liaise and build strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Source and obtain competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
