Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in M&E cost estimation is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for M&E systems.
• Prepare tender documents for M&E works.
• Evaluate tenders and provide cost-based recommendations.
• Analyse drawings to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Support contract administration for M&E works.
• Conduct site measurements and interim valuations.
