Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and procurement for large-scale building projects. You will take off quantities and price bills, supporting contract administration on complex works.

The role includes evaluating subcontractor claims, sourcing materials and coordinating suppliers, with career development and welfare benefits. Laptop provided, staff transport from AMK, and AWS/bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor's claims & preparation of payment certificates.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.

Education

Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, or its equivalent
