the supreme hr advisory pte. ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor Manager in Singapore, based at Changi Business Park.

The role is a full-time position with Mon-Fri 8:30am–5:15pm, offering a salary of SGD 8,000–9,000 plus a variable bonus (AWS not included). You will lead commercial and tender management, cost planning, contracts, and a team of QS professionals across multiple projects. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in relevant fields, with 10–12 years’ QS experience

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10-12 years of quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and tender management: develop strategies and approve submissions.
• Lead cost planning and financial control: establish budgets and monitor performance.
• Manage contracts and commercial risks: oversee contract administration and negotiations.
• Lead team and business performance: mentor and develop the Quantity Surveying team.

Quantity Surveyor Manager

• Location:Changi Business Park
• Industry: A1 Main Contractor | Building Construction
• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is $8,000 - $9,000+ Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Commercial and Tender Management

• Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
• Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
• Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.

Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control

• Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
• Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.

Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks

• Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
• Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.

Lead Team and Business Performance

• Manage, mentor, and develop the Quantity Surveying team.
• Allocate manpower and monitor team performance.
