Job summary

Encasa Asia Employment Services LLP seeks a Quantity Surveyor for our Singapore projects. Responsibilities include taking off quantities for tendering, pricing bills, evaluating subcontractor claims, and managing procurement and contract administration.

The role requires a Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields. The position is based at our HQ (Tagore Lane) with five days workweek, staff transport from AMK, andLaptop provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Taking off quantities for tendering.
• Pricing of bills & quantities.
• Evaluation of sub-contractor's claims & preparation of payment certificate for subcontractors.
• Sourcing & purchasing of construction materials, equipment etc.
• Sourcing & Coordination of new subcontractors & suppliers.
• Contract administration including preparation of variation claims & progress claims.

Education

Quantity Surveying degree (Diploma/ Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/ Structural, Construction Management, or its equivalent)
