• Preparing pre- and post-tender contract quantity surveys.
• Tracking submissions of subcontractor progress claims and variations.
• Managing projects to meet tender requirements timely and accurately.
• Evaluating progress claims with owners and subcontractors.
• Contract documentation on subcontracting, tenders, quotes, and final accounts.
• Coordinating with site support to ensure subcontractor work aligns with main contract drawings and specs.
• Overseeing pre-contract supervision, tender briefing, and bills of pricing.

1.Responsible for preparing quantities of materials necessary for procurement and tendering.

2.Responsible for preparing pre- and post-tender contract quantity surveys.

3.Responsible for tracking submissions of subcontractor progress claims and variations.

4.Responsible for managing projects and ensuring that all requirements and needs as stipulated in tenders are matched and fulfilled timely and accurately.

5.Management and evaluation of all progress claims matter to project owners and subcontractors.
Responsible for contract documentation on all projects on aspects of subcontracting, the evaluation of tenders and quotes, and account finalization for both main contractors and subcontractors.

6.Work closely with the site support team to ensure the subcontractor's scope of work is executed in accordance with the main contract drawings and specifications.

7.Overall responsibility for pre contract supervision, including tender briefing and measurement compilation into bills of pricing as well as tender evaluation and submission.

8.Liaised with the project manager on method of work, cost budgeting, and analysis for post contract matters.
