Job summary

BUILDER 90 PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to perform quantity measurement, costing, and estimation for pre-contract and post-contract work. You will track changes in design and construction and adjust budget projections accordingly.

The role covers procurement for subcontract packages, tendering, evaluations through cost comparisons, and award recommendations. You will certify progress and handle variations for subcontracts and main contracts, and process monthly progress claims

Responsibilities

• Quantity measurement, costing and estimation for both pre-contract and post-contract
• Track changes to the Design/ Construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
• Procurement responsibilities including preparing tender document or calling for quotation for subcontract packages including evaluation through cost comparison as well as recommendation of awards
• Certificate and evaluate progress work done; includes contract administration for any variation or change for both Subcontracts and Main Contracts
• Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manner
• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by the Reporting Supervisor
