Job summary

Shcc Construction Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage claims, variation orders, budgets, and final accounts, ensuring timely submissions and strict cost control on projects.

You will prepare documents for quotations at pre and post tender stages, evaluate tenders, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and handle contract administration, site and progress meetings to capture variations and their time implications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims, variation orders, budget & cost control and settlement of final account.
• Documents preparation for sourcing of quotations for both pre and post tender stages
• Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors & suppliers
• To ensure a timely closure of all main contract
• Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise
• Liaise with Maincontractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings and handle contractual issues
• To attend progress meetings, technical meetings, material submission meetings and etc to capture all variation claims and potential variation works and time implication.
• All other QS related job
