Job summary

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to determine project requirements.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and material quantity take-offs.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Assist in tender pricing, cost analysis, and tender submissions.
• Monitor and control project costs and expenditure throughout the project.
• Prepare progress claims and payment applications.
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor and supplier claims/invoices.
• Handle variations, additional works, and change orders, including pricing and documentation.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts for management and project teams.
• Assist in contract administration, including compliance with contractual requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and identify potential cost overruns or savings.
