Job summary

M-TECH AIR-CON & SECURITY ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a detail‑oriented Estimator to support tendering activities and cost planning for proposed projects. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, perform quantity take‑offs, and develop BOQs and schedules of rates from drawings and specifications.

• Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates
• Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications
• Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison
• Assist in liaising and building strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
