51 EMPLOYMENT AGENCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a cost/project controls professional to understand client requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare pre-contract cost estimates and budgets for diverse projects in Singapore.

The role covers tender documentation, tender evaluation, post-contract administration, and the valuation of progress payments, variations, and financial reports. You will attend onsite meetings and liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure smooth

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and undertake feasibility studies
• Preparation of pre-contract cost estimates, cost plans, budgetary study and project cash-flow for the projects
• Preparation of tender documents and compile contract documents
• Tendering process and tender evaluation
• Provide cost information and studies on value engineering analysis. Post-contract administration and management.
• Valuation of progress payments, assessment of variations, cost control and financial reports
• Attend onsite and consultants' meetings and liaise with clients, architects and other consultants in the administration of projects
• Finalization of the final account of the projects
• Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting and corresponding with Clients
• Contribute to team and project performance by collaboration and effective communication
