Job summary

HUNG YAO SHENG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, prepare bills of quantities, and assist in tender documents for diverse projects.

You will support the Senior QS and Contracts Manager, liaise with consultants and suppliers, and ensure accurate contract documentation and filing across project teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities for projects.
• Assist in preparing tender documents and support procurement processes.
• Support Senior Quantity Surveyor and Contracts Manager in cost submissions, budgeting, and contracts documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist in cost control, variation orders, and claims management.
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, site personnel, and internal departments for costing and project administration.
• Prepare supplier and subcontractor payment recommendations and related documentation.
• Attend site, progress, and coordination meetings as required.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of contracts, correspondences, and project records.

Requirement
