Job summary

Singwah Pte Ltd in Singapore is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, manage project budgets, and negotiate contract terms.

The ideal candidate has a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying and 1-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in ACMV/M&E. Strong understanding of construction contracts is essential, as well as the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of experience in QS roles (ACMV / M&E preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost management.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and project budgets

Review drawings and specifications to quantify materials and scope of work

Manage project costs, including progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts

Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contract terms

Monitor project expenditures and ensure cost efficiency

Prepare and track payment claims to clients and from subcontractors

Work closely with project teams to ensure financial and contractual control

Maintain proper documentation for all commercial activities
