Job summary

Ideals Recruitment Pte Ltd is sourcing a Quantity Surveyor for construction projects in Singapore. The role prefers 2–3 years’ experience with a main contractor and offers a 5-day workweek, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm, with a salary range of SGD 2,800 to SGD 5,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities include selecting suppliers, preparing progress claims, contract administration, tender management and on-site coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related study.
• Preferably with 2 to 3 years with main contractor.

• Support contract administration, including variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims, and final account settlements.
• Manage tender activities and ensure contractual processes are completed within project timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams and conduct site/supplier visits to verify work progress, materials, and compliance.

Education

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related study

Work Location: Less than 5mins walk from Tai Seng MRT

Experienced in A&A Works & New Build Projects will be an advantage
