KOH KOCK LEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets, tender documents, and to manage cost control across projects.

You will evaluate tender submissions, handle progress claims, final accounts, and ensure compliance with contractual terms. The role requires independent work, good communication, and ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying is required.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Independent and responsible for assigned construction projects.
• Able to maintain good relationships with sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage project cost control and monitor expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and assess progress claims,variation orders, and final accounts.
• Handle contract administration in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
• Conduct site measurements and valuations of work done.
• Liaise with clients, consultants,subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Identify cost risks and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Maintain proper documentation of all project and contractual records.
• Ensure compliance with contractual,legal, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying
• Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Good communication skills
• Independent & responsible for the construction project assigned
• Resourceful & maintain good relationship with sub-contractors

• Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)
• Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)
• Work Location: 24/26 Tuas Avenue 2
• Transport Provided near Choa Chu Kang MRT & Boon Lay MRT
