Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support project costing, tendering, and cost control from Tai Seng, Singapore. You will prepare cost estimates, review quotations, and handle progress claims while liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers.

The role requires a degree in QS or related fields, at least 1 year of experience, and familiarity with A&A projects and main contractor environments. Independent work and multi-tasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
• A&A project experience is required.
• Main Contractor experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tenders.
• Prepare and submit progress claims.
• Handle variation orders and cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs and maintain proper cost records.
• Assist with contract administration and commercial matters.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Carry out other QS-related duties as required.
