Job summary

SUN CITY WORKFORCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support maintenance and project works. You will prepare cost estimates, budgets and financial reports, review quotations, and monitor costs across contracts and variations.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying (or related field) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. You will engage in tendering, cost control, and contract administration for diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and project works.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Review and verify contractors’ quotations, invoices, and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs, contracts, variations, and provisional sums.
• Conduct joint measurements and verify completed works with contractors.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate tenders, and recommend suitable contractors.
• Review contract documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and project costing.
• Manage contractors’ works, including quotations, variations, and claims.
• Monitor performance bonds, bank documents, and insurance requirements.
• Prepare progress payment and final account recommendations.
• Conduct regular project audits and cost checks.
• Provide professional advice on contract matters, penalties, and liquidated damages.
• Support term contractors for A&A works.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

• Salary range: $3000 to $4500
