Job summary

KOH KOCK LEONG CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents, and to evaluate submissions from contractors and suppliers.

You will manage project cost control, monitor expenditures, prepare progress claims and final accounts, assess variation orders, and handle contract administration in line with contractual terms, while liaising with clients and subcontractors to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma in Building / Construction or Quantity Surveying.
• Able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word.
• Good communication skills.
• Independent and responsible for the construction project assigned.
• Resourceful and maintain good relationship with sub-contractors.

• Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)


• Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)
