Job summary

KOH KOCK LEONG ENTERPRISE PTE LTD invites a cost professional to join our construction team in Singapore. You will prepare cost estimates, budgets, tenders, and manage cost control throughout project lifecycles.

You will evaluate tender submissions, prepare progress claims and final accounts, and handle contract administration, site measurements, and client liaison. 5.5-day week, workplace at Tuas Avenue 2; transport provided near MRTs.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building/Construction or Quantity Surveying is required.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD, Excel and Word.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Independent and responsible for assigned construction projects.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with sub-contractors.

• Working Day: 5.5 days per week (Alternate Saturday)


• Working Hour: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Mon to Thur) 8.00am to 5.00pm (Fri) 8.00am to 12.00pm (Sat)
