Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in construction/quantity surveying.
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with project costing, tendering and contract administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Handle project quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop BOQ frameworks for pre- and post-tender stages.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Manage project costing and ensure budgets are met.
• Submit variation orders and monitor targets vs schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to support sales needs.
• Attend client/consultant meetings for design changes and requirements.
• Prepare cutlists and shop drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist procurement and project execution documentation.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, tendering, and contract administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, handling project quotations, and ensuring effective cost control throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong technical knowledge in quantity surveying, proficiency in design software, and the ability to coordinate closely with sales and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Handle project quotations and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
• Develop BOQ frameworks for pre-and post-tender stages.
• Perform quantitytake-offs from drawings.
• Manage project costing and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Measure and submit variation orders (VO) and ensure targets are achieved within schedules plans.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support sales coordination when required.
• Attend meetings with clients and consultants to address design changes and project requirements
• Prepare cutlists and shop drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Support documentation for procurement and project execution
• Perform other duties as assigned to support project and operational requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 -3 years of relevant working experience.
• At least Diploma / Degree, preferably in Building / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant experience in Construction will be added advantage.
• Experience in project management or project coordination with A1 contractor is preferred.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Auto Count or other surveying tools)
• Strong planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work independently and in teams with minimum supervision.

Our office is currently located at Sungei Kadut (near Kranji/Yew Tee MRT). However, we are relocating our company to 30 Kranji Loop TimMac @Kranji Singapore 739570 in September 2026.
