Job summary

ADVANCE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our expanding team in Singapore.

The role is full-time, with 5.5 working days per week and 14 days of annual leave. Salary ranges from SGD 8,000 to SGD 10,000 monthly, with work locations including TUAS and other sites across Singapore. The successful candidate will handle project quotations, contract management, and progress payments, while coordinating with clients and local suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant QS work experience, with preference given to candidates with experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Familiar with local project quotation, contract management, and progress payment processes.
• Diligent and responsible, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to independently handle relevant business and on-site measurement work.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general contracting project quotation and pricing, and participating in business negotiations with the client (QS).
• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing subcontracting contracts (company provides standard templates).
• Verify on-site work quantities weekly and reconcile progress payments with the auditor monthly.
• Identify local Singapore material suppliers and assist the company's purchasing staff in familiarizing themselves with the local materials market.
