Job summary

SUMMIT TALENT PTE. LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to handle tendering, cost estimation and commercial activities for M&E engineering projects. You will prepare BOQs, cost estimates and support negotiation with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, has at least 1 year of relevant QS experience, and possesses strong analytical and negotiation skills. EA License No. 23C1875 is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• Min 1 year of relevant QS experience.
• Experience with M&E tendering and costing.
• Able to prepare BOQ and cost estimates.
