DIVINE SPACE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is looking for a diligent Project Assistant Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to support cost control and financial management on construction projects.

You will assist in cost estimates, budgets, and tender reviews while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will collaborate with the project team, monitor expenditures, compile reports, and provide support in procurement and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and cost management.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
