Job summary

EURASIA INTERIOR PRODUCTS PTE. LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate project costings and support commercial success.

You will perform quantity take-offs, obtain supplier quotations, and help manage purchasing and material delivery for projects. You will review drawings, calculate material requirements, and collaborate with sales and project teams to apply approved margins while monitoring costs against budgets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Experience in quantity surveying, estimating or procurement.
• Able to read architectural drawings and perform quantity take-offs accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken English.
• A proactive team player who follows through on outstanding matters.

Responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings and project specifications.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and calculate material requirements.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers, installers and freight forwarders.
• Prepare detailed project costings, including materials, labour, freight and other related costs.
• Review costings with the sales team and apply approved margins.
• Identify potential costing risks or missing scope before quotations are issued.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate orders with local and overseas suppliers.
• Monitor supplier production schedules and material lead times.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and courier companies.
• Track material deliveries and keep the project team informed of delays or changes.
• Maintain accurate costing, purchasing and shipping records.
• Assist with invoices and supporting documents for project payment milestones.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
• Assist management in reviewing project profitability upon completion.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for preparing accurate project costings and supporting the commercial success of our projects.

You will perform quantity take-offs, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotations, prepare cost estimates, and work closely with our sales and project teams. You will also coordinate purchasing and material deliveries after projects are awarded.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation

Requirements

• Experience in construction, interior fit-out or building materials is preferred.

Salary: S$3,500–S$4,500 per month, depending on experience
