Job summary

Income is seeking an Executive, Quality Monitoring to support governance and continual enhancement of sales advisory practices across distribution channels. The role collaborates with business and support functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitate governance reviews, and drive process improvements that strengthen advisory quality and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business or related disciplines, at least 1 year in insurance or financial services,

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Banking & Finance, Insurance or related discipline.
• At least 1 year experience in insurance, financial services, governance, compliance or training.
• CMFAS examinations: Module 5, 6, 6A, 8, 8A, 9, 9A and Certificate in Health Insurance or equivalents preferred.
• Good understanding of sales advisory processes for insurance and investments.
• Strong communication skills; meticulous, structured and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Support development of Sales Advisory standards, guidelines, process documentation and governance frameworks.
• Maintain Sales Advisory guides, training materials, FAQs and reference resources.
• Serve as a key contact point for sales advisory-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders; drive improvements.
