Income Insurance Limited in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to support governance, regulatory reporting, and sales oversight activities. You will partner with compliance, risk and frontline teams to ensure accurate reporting and strengthen governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to governance or regulatory reporting, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 2 years of governance, compliance, risk management, audit, controls, regulatory reporting or insurance sales governance exposure would be advantageous.
• Candidates with interest in insurance sales governance and regulatory requirements are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with data, identify trends, and prepare meaningful reports and insights.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools would be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records with policy guidance.
• Curious, proactive, humble, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, risk, and compliance teams.

Responsabilités

• Support governance, compliance, risk management, audit, controls, and regulatory reporting activities.
• Partner with Sales Excellence Assurance, Compliance, and frontline stakeholders to strengthen oversight of sales advisory practices.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting to meet regulatory and internal governance requirements.
• Analyze data and prepare insights to support regulatory reporting, governance forums, and senior management updates.
• Contribute to governance discussions and stakeholder engagements to enhance risk awareness and sales conduct standards.
• Support continuous improvement efforts relating to sales conduct oversight, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
