Job summary

Income is seeking a Compliance Analyst to strengthen governance and regulatory adherence. The role involves conducting Enhanced Monitoring reviews for representatives, coordinating with business units, and proposing improvements to close gaps identified during reviews.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Enhanced Monitoring (EM) reviews for representatives under EM.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role will have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders to propose improvements for gaps identifiedduring reviews and propose follow-up actions to close thegap.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Conduct Enhanced Monitoring (EM) review for representatives under EM. Perform end-to-end quality checks, including following up with relevant Business Units on service recovery.
• Ensure sample sizes for reviews meets the required standards and is tracked accurately.
• Spot compliance gaps or errors during reviews and propose actions to close the gap.
• Provide training for new and existing reviewers to ensure the team remains on evolving standards.
• Prepares information and/or documents for management and regulatory reporting.
• Work with respective stakeholders to develop tools to improve efficiency of the review process.
• Undertake any work (e.g., projects) assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in Compliance related work in insurance industry or enforcement agencies.
• Must be proficient in MS Office and applications.
