Job summary

DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Executive to join our service centre in Singapore. This full-time role focuses on functional testing and thorough QC to ensure repaired products meet quality standards before customer return.

You will verify parts, record testing videos, and maintain accurate service case records while performing basic cleaning and ensuring proper outbound handling. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with a methodical approach to QC checks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken & written).
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Able to physically inspect and handle home appliance products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing on repaired products according to QC checklist.
• Verify parts and accessories are complete and as received.
• Record testing videos as proof of proper functioning.
• Update service case records with quality documentation.
• Perform basic cleaning of home appliances before returning to customers.

Job description

DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Quality Control Executive to join our team at our service centre. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in ensuring every repaired product meets our quality standards before it returns to the customer.

You will be responsible for functional testing, verifying completeness of parts and accessories, and documenting quality checks on repaired consumer electronics and home appliances. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of product quality and customer trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional testing on repaired products following the relevant QC checklist for each product type.
• Verify all parts, components and accessories are complete and in the same condition as when received.
• Record clear testing videos as proof the repaired product is functioning properly.
• Update service case records and maintain proper documentation.
• Perform basic cleaning of home appliance products and accessories before returning them to customers.
• Ensure repaired items are properly handled, organised and placed in the designated outbound area.
• Maintain a clean, neat and organised work area.

Requirements

• Detail oriented and well organised, with a methodical approach to checking work.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable working with data and inventory tables.
• Strong command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Physically able to handle and inspect home appliance products.
• A reliable team player with a positive work attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
