Job description

• Plan and execute SPC (Statistical Process Control) management
• Support process stability and capability improvements, ensuring successful handling of customer audits
• Conduct SPC system integration and enhancement
• Take a leading role or actively participate in projects aimed at continuous improvement of the quality system and/or optimization of daily tasks
• Perform other assignments as directed by the manager, such as cross-site activities, coaching junior team members, etc

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Data Analysis, Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, or other engineering‑related fields
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the engineering field
• Candidates with more than 5 years of semiconductor process/quality/integration experience will be considered for a senior role
• Strong skills in project management, communication, and negotiation
• Basic coding skills, such as Excel Macro, Python, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and automation
