Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior QEHS professional to lead and drive QHSSE programmes across the marine fleet.

You will conduct shipboard audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, and coordinate follow-up actions to ensure continual safety improvement. You will review procedures, work instructions and safe work procedures, and coordinate internal and external audits with proper documentation and compliance with WSH regulations, ISO standards, ISM

Qualifications

• 8+ years QEHS experience in engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Proven ability to lead audits and compliance activities regionally.

• Work with Fleet Leaders and crew to strengthen safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and report incidents, accidents and near-misses, and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Review and improve QHSSE procedures, Work Instructions (WI) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP).
• Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation, certification and records are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with WSH regulations, ISO standards, ISM requirements and applicable maritime regulations.
• Monitor QHSSE performance indicators, identify trends and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Work closely with Fleet Leaders and marine crew to strengthen safety culture, promote best practices and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
