Job summary

KLA Singapore seeks an experienced procurement leader to deliver strategic sourcing, supplier management, and cost optimization across our global supply base. You will lead a team focused on ensuring uninterrupted materials flow, negotiating favorable terms, and driving continuous improvement in procurement processes.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
• Review and approve purchase requisitions and purchase orders within authorized limits.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplier lead times, and demand forecasts to prevent material shortages.
• Coordinate with Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics teams to support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct supplier evaluations and performance reviews based on quality, delivery, service, and cost.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable commercial agreements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop purchasing team members.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Support digitalization and automation initiatives within procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audits.
