Job summary

KLA in Singapore seeks a senior supply chain leader to drive purchasing and planning for tools and FRUs across multiple product families. You will lead managers, planners and buyers, ensuring on-time delivery, BOM integrity, and supplier performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include cost-saving initiatives, risk management, and continuous improvement of inventory and planning processes. Strong leadership and SAP/MRP proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain.
• 10+ years related industry experience in purchasing or supply chain management, with at least 5 years managerial experience.
• Proficient in MRP systems; SAP experience is an added advantage.

• Manage teams of managers and/or team leads, planners and buyers for purchasing materials and planning production of tools and FRUs for multiple product families.
• Manage suppliers and subcontracts on cost, schedule and performance for sustaining products, including on-time delivery and risk mitigation.
• Engage in supplier scorecard process and drive inventory management initiatives.
• Ensure BOM integrity and timely SAP parameter updates.
• Lead cost savings and lead-time reduction initiatives to meet objectives.
• Oversee changes, non-conformance parts, and ensure supply continuity.
