Job summary

Accountstaff is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, and PO issuance. You will liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any supply-related issues.

The role requires at least 3 years in purchasing or procurement, familiarity with SAP (Hana), and strong attention to detail. You will support price negotiations, perform SAP goods receipts, and maintain compliant procurement records.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in business administration, supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• At least 3 years in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end purchasing including sourcing, quotes, and issuing POs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve issues.
• Support price negotiation for cost-effective procurement.
• Perform goods receipt in SAP and ensure accurate records.

• Manage end-to-end purchasing activities, including sourcing, quotation comparison, and issuance of Purchase Orders (PO)
• Liaise closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues
• Support price negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement
• Perform goods receipt in SAP to ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions
• Coordinate inbound logistics and provide administrative support for purchasing operations
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with SAP (preferably SAP Hana) will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team
• Comfortable managing documentation-intensive procurement activities and adhering to established approval workflows.
