Job summary

TOPPAN NEXT TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a procurement professional to oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order issuance, and delivery follow-up.

You will source IT materials, goods and services, and implement strategies to optimize supplier relationships while monitoring performance for cost savings. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure procurement aligns with company

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience.
• High level of independence and ability to work with staff at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP system.
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier contracts, and import/export processes.
