Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Singapore. You will issue purchase orders after orders and coordinate with suppliers.

You will monitor vessel schedules to ensure on-time delivery, assist the sales team, collect signed receipts, and prepare shipping and invoicing documents. The role involves crew provisioning and bonded stores, with occasional Saturday work and some WFH flexibility.

Responsibilities

• After receiving the customer’s order, issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm the order with the customer.
• Print the receipt & checklist and hand them to the relevant department to arrange .
• Monitor the vessel’s schedule to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and deliver on time.
• Assist the sales team in handling complaints .
• Collect signed receipts from relevant departments, and prepare documents to issue invoice for account dept.
• Responsible for purchasing provision/bonded stores for crew members.
• Responsible for customs clearance of spares parts and prepare shipping documents.
• Assist colleagues with other daily work.
