Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a logistics procurement professional in Singapore’s Jurong East to manage purchasing, order confirmations, and supplier coordination for timely deliveries.

You will also handle receipts, invoicing documents, and support the sales team with complaints, while monitoring vessel schedules and customs clearance for spares parts.

Responsibilities

• After receiving the customer’s order, issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm the order with the customer.
• Print the receipt & checklist and hand them to the relevant department to arrange.
• Monitor the vessel’s schedule to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and deliver on time.
• Assist the sales team in handling complaints.
• Collect signed receipts from relevant departments, and prepare documents to issue invoice for account dept.
• Responsible for purchasing provision/bonded stores for crew members.
• Responsible for customs clearance of spares parts and prepare shipping documents.
• Assist colleagues with other daily work.
