Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Purchasing Executive to handle the end-to-end purchasing process, from order receipt to supplier PO issuance and order confirmation with customers.

You will coordinate logistics for ship stores and ensure timely delivery, while supporting the sales team with complaints and invoicing preparation. This on-site role in Penjuru Lane includes a Monday-to-Friday schedule (8am-5pm) with an alternate Saturday work-from-home shift (8am-12pm).

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers after receiving customer orders and confirm orders with customers.
• Print receipts and checklists and hand to the relevant department to arrange.
• Monitor vessel schedules to ensure ship’s stores are prepared and delivered on time.
• Assist the sales team in handling complaints.
• Collect signed receipts and prepare documents to issue invoices for accounts.
