Job summary

SHENG SHENG F & B INDUSTRIES PTE LTD is seeking a purchasing and logistics professional to manage end-to-end operations for FMCG products in Singapore. You will source and procure based on demand, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery.

You will prepare shipping documents, monitor inventory, and liaise with warehouse, sales, and operations for smooth execution. This role supports cost control, compliance, and efficient supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure products based on demand and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery.
• Arrange import/export shipments and liaise with freight forwarders.
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, permits, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, customs).
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment planning.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution.
