Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a part-time Logistics Coordinator to support processing and coordination of FMCG items and overseas orders for export.

You will liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarders, and departments, handle packing, inventory, and daily administration. The role suits someone with GCE O/A level or Diploma, good Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and strong communication and time management.

Qualifications

• Minimum formal education: GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level / Diploma.
• Solid computer skills with MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Process and co-ordinate FMCG items to customers.
• Process and co-ordinate overseas orders for export.
• Liaise with Central Kitchen, freight forwarder, overseas customers and cross department on overseas orders.
• Pack FMCG and overseas orders.
• Inventory control and monthly stocktaking.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, etc
• Maintain administration duties for the logistics department, e.g. schedule, leave, cash cards
• Assist with all other logistics duties assigned by Manager

Job description

Job Requirements

• Part-time (4-5 hours daily) basis. Willing to start work from 6:30am
• Minimum of GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ level/Diploma
• Preferably some related working experience
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
• Able to grasp, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Organized, resourceful, proactive, reliable, strong attention to details
• Has good follow up
• Good communication and strong time management skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
