Qualifications

• Experience with purchase requisitions and supplier coordination is preferred.
• Familiarity with purchase orders and supplier communications is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Convert purchase requisitions (PR) in SRM into purchase orders (PO).
• Liaise with suppliers via email to issue purchase orders and obtain order confirmations.
• Follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders and backorders to ensure timely delivery.
• Regularly review open purchase order reports and monitor order status.
