Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
• Source and identify potential suppliers.
• Compare and evaluate suppliers' quotations.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details into the internal database.
• Maintain records of purchases, delivery information and invoices.
• Coordinate with store staff to monitor stock levels and storage.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.
