Job summary

Talents Recruiter Pte Ltd is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator in Singapore to manage end-to-end logistics, generating and issuing a high volume of POs, and coordinating with customers, suppliers and freight forwarders. Daily shipment arrangements include SAP data entry and sailing schedules, with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires a diploma or degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of incoterms, and ability to liaise with overseas forwarders.

Qualifications

• Diploma / degree with at least 3 years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).
• Knowledge of incoterms.
• Experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (import/export).
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end supply chain from PO generation to shipment.
• Issue/generate high volume of POs daily.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• Full spectrum of supply chain activities from generating POs until shipment arrangement.


• Issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) daily.


• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc).


• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc).


• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)


• Inventory control (For temporary & BCP stock).


• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost).


• Large volume arrangement to coordinate with a large team.


• May be required to travel on case by case basis.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree Holderwith at least 3 years of good relevant experiences.


• Candidate must have experienceissuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs).


• Candidate must have knowledge and experience in usingincoterms.


• Candidate must have experienceliaising with forwarders for overseas shipments(i.e. import and export).


• Good teamwork and communication skills.
