Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Purchasing Assistant for our Singapore-based operations in Tampines. You will prepare and manage quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, and goods receive notes while coordinating local and overseas deliveries to meet project timelines.

You will track shipments and invoices, maintain parts inventory, verify supplier invoices, and support ad hoc administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years' parts purchasing experience, in semiconductor/engineering industry will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, purchase orders, and goods receive notes accurately
• Arrange local and overseas deliveries to meet customer and project timelines
• Track shipments and invoices to ensure timely receipt
• Maintain parts inventory to support production and project needs
• Enter and update data on opened projects and follow up on outstanding action items to ensure progress
• Monitor purchase order status to confirm on-time delivery and supplier commitments
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers offering quality products at competitive prices
• Monitor supplier performance and address quality concerns to maintain standards
• Verify supplier invoices before payment processing
• Maintain supplier price lists and payment records
• Support the team with adhoc administrative tasks as required
